Tanya started playing tennis at the age of 4. She plays regularly in the combi team and also captains the Horsmonden Ladies A team. She won the Maidstone Open Ladies singles in 2023 and the Ladies singles title in the Horsmonden club championships in 2022 and 2023.

She achieved her LTA levels 1 and 2 in 2019 at the age of 16 and became an LTA Referee in 2022.
